Fantastic customer service and great glasses

I have ordered from KZFOO 4 times over several years, and have been extremely happy with the quality and service. Their sizing is accurate and they have a really nice selection of frames. Shipping takes some time, but I think it's very reasonable. Recently, I had a lens pop out of a pair that I had had for about 5 months. I chatted with customer service, and they were able to replace my glasses after confirming that they weren't broken due to me mishandling them. The process was easy and the customer service agent was kind and efficient. I am so relieved I could cry.:) They definitely earned a lifetime customer.
