This is my 3rd order and by now I have a better sense of how to use your website to get the right glasses. The PD is the biggest issue, despite your tools and instructions nobody gave me the same distance twice. I finally checked with Warby Parker to get an accurate PD once I did, it was easy EXCEPT, one pair I ordered was gigantic. I wasn't aware of different size frames. I know keep them as a backup. I reordered sunglasses this time with the correct PD, and those work great.
